TR-FML-E3/TR-FSL-E3
The TRIGA TR-FML-E3 and TR-FSL-E3 are plug-in fiber-optic loop modules engineered to establish secure, high-speed network communication links across the TRIGA GEN2 Series network. These modules act as dedicated channels to transmit and receive data when paired with the TR-RPT-E3-UTP Network Repeater or the TR-INI-VG Series voice gateways on the ARCNET communication circuit.
- TR-FML-E3 (Multi-Mode): Designed for multi-mode fiber networks between system nodes. It utilizes heavy-duty ST-style connectors and supports 62.5/125 micrometer cabling with a maximum attenuation of 8 dB.
- TR-FSL-E3 (Single-Mode): Engineered for long-distance single-mode fiber networking. It features precision LC-style connectors and supports 9/125 micrometer cabling with a maximum attenuation of 30 dB.
- Flexible Network Topologies: Each module provides complete Transmit (TX) and Receive (RX) capabilities. System designers can install up to two fiber loop cards per supporting GEN2 component, allowing multi-mode and single-mode cards to be combined within the same configuration.
